All items are packaged in a hand painted box (excluding rings) and posted first class recorded delivery within the UK. £6 is added at checkout within the UK.
For rest of the world £15.00 is added at checkout for the tracked and signed for service.
A full refund is offered within 14 days of purchase. If you are not happy with your purchase a full refund is offered withing 14 days. Items must be returned unworn in a saleable condition. Postage however is not reimbursed unless the item is faulty.
Sale items
Sale items are posted first class signed for post in white boxes.
Refunds are only offered on faulty items within 14 days. Postage costs are non refundable.
Sizes
Bangles are flexible and can be squeezed open or shut to fit any size.
Rings come in one size only and are sent regular first class post and packaging.
Durability
I'm often asked if the colour will rub off. The anodising process allows the colour to be absorbed into the metal, a bit like blotting paper. Once the dye has been applied and dried, the metal is then sealed thus the colour is locked in. It is also resilient against household cleaners and solutions, white spirit etc so no excuse to get out of the housework.
Allergies
I haven't had any problems with allergies so if you have had an allergic reaction then please let me know.
